Google and Reichman Tech School is talented team player with at least two years of experience in
System Admin and System Analysis experience to join our dynamic team.
This is a challenging, interesting, and multi-faceted position that requires driving processes and
managing the program’s day-to-day operations, administration, and professional training
implementation.
The position is full-time (100%), primarily based at Reichman University / Herzliya Pituach, with
the possibility of hybrid work later. *Availability for urgent issues beyond standard working hours.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage, Oversee, and maintain the organization’s information systems and databases,
including Salesforce, Google platforms, and WordPress.
• Develop best practices and manage organizational data.
• Provide user support, troubleshooting, and technical assistance.
• Analyze system performance and suggest improvements.
• Ensure data security and compliance with organizational policies.
• Implement new software solutions and upgrades as needed.
• Develop and define system solutions in response to company growth and evolving needs.
• Handle multiple systems and ensure seamless integration.
• Manage school systems, including permissions, usage, and information security.
• Work closely with management and partners from different sectors, alongside various
experts and vendors.
• Provide support to school staff and, in exceptional cases, to clients (Availability for urgent
issues).
• Work with data analytics and reporting.
Requirements – Basic Qualifications:
• At least 3 years of experience in system analysis, System administration- A MUST
• Strong interpersonal skills with a team-player mindset.
• Proficiency in Google environment and tools (including workspases, classroom, meet) &
Google cloud data soulutions (GCP, Bigquery etc)- a significant advantage.
• Proficiency in Salesforce, ecosyste (sales community, FormTitan)- a significant advantage.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Teams, Excel, Word, PowerPoint), and WordPress – a
significant advantage.
• Ability to work with data and analytics.
• Self-organized, process-driven, and a can-do approach.
• Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• High organizational skills and superb attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills: Native-level Hebrew, Proficiency in
English.
• A team player with a dedicated mindset
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent knowledge.
