    Why Full Stack?

This is the popular and most required technological infrastructure today, in which most of the new software systems are developed. Good Full Stack training enables a diverse career on both main software sides: the server-side (Backend) and the client-side(Frontend).

    Why learn Python?

Python is a modern and popular programming language, suitable for learning the basics of computer science, basic algorithms, and data structures. These areas are an important part of our program, and we demonstrate and practice them through Python. Also, experience in Python will open up additional employment opportunities for you.

Is the program based on previous success?

The WebDev program is a continuation and improvement of our WeCode program, which we have taught at Reichman University for the past three years. 95% of graduates, with no previous relevant experience – are currently employed in development positions at leading high-tech companies, with excellent salaries and working conditions.

Integration into the industry at the end of the program

After completing their training, graduates will be able to work in a wide variety of software development positions, mainly as full stack, front-end, back-end and Python programmers.
We mentor and guide each and every of our participants throughout the program while providing the necessary tools for a successful integration into the industry. Applicable participants will be able to go through interviews with our partner companies and undertake a position to start their careers.

    Your success is our success!

In addition, a transcript will be provided detailing the academic courses which grant academic credits.

    Option of completing a degree

Part of WebDev’s curriculum provides the content taught in 3 courses offered in academic programs at universities and colleges. Suitable graduates of the program will be able to continue to study for a bachelor’s degree in computer science at Reichman University while recognizing the credits earned under the program.

*subject to compliance with the qualifying conditions.

As part of the program, we provide incentive scholarships. scholarships will be given to participants who are found to be suitable and eligible for the scholarship, including participants from underrepresented populations in the high-tech industry, who wish to integrate and work in the studied field for the first time.

Furthermore, taking into account the security situation, unique scholarships will be given to participants and residents of evacuated settlements in the south and north of the country.

    • To ensure high chances of success in the program, eligibility for the scholarship will be examined after the candidates’ success in the professional tests and personal interviews.
    • Those interested in the scholarship will be required to apply for the scholarship as well as to issue documents and certificates for themselves and their family members. These documents and certificates will be required at advanced stages of the screening process.
    • The scholarship committee examines each case individually. An answer will be given at the end of the screening process.
    • Living expenses scholarships for the duration of the training period will be given in certain cases, according the recommendation of the scholarship committee. The scholarships vary between programs and depend on the socio-economic status of the participant.

  • How long does the screening process take?

We are looking for talent, dedication and potential. The multistage screening process is about two to three months long.

    Is previous programming experience required?

No. Participants will acquire all the necessary knowledge over the course of the program.

What are the the screening process stages?

    1. Filling out a questionnaire and submitting a CV and/or LinkedIn profile
    2. An online independent study course (20 hours on average) and an English assignment
    3. A programming test based on the material taught in the course
    4. Tests that evaluate reasoning and logical skills
    5. A personal interview with the program management

What are the basic admissions requirements?

    • Strong motivation and willingness to study intensively
    • An affinity for technology and an interest in joining the high-tech industry
    • A proficiency in both Hebrew and English
    * No prior programming experience required.

Why is a high level of English proficiency required?

The high-tech industry operates primarily in English (even within companies operating in Israel). This includes coding and report writing. Therefore, the participants’ level of English must be sufficient to understand the material and apply it.

As part of the selection process, we will assess your level of English proficiency. If found suitable, you will be referred to a high-tech English course.

Why does the selection process include an independent study course?

First, the course provides a basic introduction to computer science without requiring previous knowledge.
Second, the course also allows us to evaluate your level of ability and aptitude for the field.
In addition, the course allows you to examine yourself and assess your suitability for the program and for a career as a software developer.

How can I prepare for the screening process in advance?

We will send in advance a link to an online preliminary course and self-learning materials. No special preparation is necessary, besides spending time and effort on learning the materials sent.
