Systems analysis in the AI era with a practical Salesforce specialization
Offered by the Google & Reichman Tech School | Now in Modi’in

To build smart and accurate tech solutions, you must understand both the technology and the people using it. The role of a Systems Analyst sits exactly at this intersection — translating business needs into technological systems and processes.
Analysts work with stakeholders, define data requirements, choose the right tools and platforms, and lead the system’s implementation, whether through collaboration with development teams or by working hands-on with tools like CRM or billing platforms.

This professional training program is designed for individuals with strong analytical thinking, a technological orientation, and high motivation to enter the high-tech industry — even without prior experience. Throughout the course, participants build a solid technological foundation, starting with essential knowledge in operating systems, servers, and computer networks. They then progress to practical skills in database management and SQL and gain hands-on experience in introductory Java programming. The program also includes working with AI and Generative AI tools and understanding how to integrate them into real organizational systems.
Participants are introduced to common project methodologies in the tech industry, such as Agile, Scrum, Jira, and UML, and practice applying them in real-world scenarios. They also receive practical training in cloud environments and automation tools, gain experience in implementing CRM systems, and explore core concepts in software testing.
As part of the training, participants will complete a specialized unit in Salesforce implementation, the world’s leading CRM platform. This unit provides practical skills in configuring, customizing, and managing Salesforce systems — a valuable and market-relevant skill in today’s job market, both in large organizations and startups. Hands-on experience with Salesforce gives course graduates a significant competitive advantage and opens employment opportunities across a wide range of roles.
