Why Product Management?

Product management is essential for any company developing technology, from small startups to rapidly growing companies, and even the largest companies in the tech industry. It combines strategic business thinking, technological understanding, a passion for user behavior, design processes, problem-solving skills, prioritization, and high-power skills in leadership and collaboration. In recent years, the product field has grown, with increasing responsibility and influence for product managers on the company’s product and business success.

About the Course

Our product course operates under the Academic framework of Reichman University and Google, in collaboration with industry product experts. The course combines methodological knowledge with practical exercises and analysis of relevant case studies, equipping participants with essential and up-to-date professional skills.

The course covers the following areas Product discovery, Product metrics & growth, Product strategy & leadership, AI tools for PMs, PM of AI products, Product delivery, Product teams, Product operations, and industry case studies.

Entering the product field requires prior experience and specific professional knowledge.  Therefore, this course is intended for people with proven work experience of three years or more in tech companies in areas such as software development, data, UX design, QA, and project management who want to make a career change and join the field of product management or product teams, or want to better understand product management processes to collaborate better with product managers in their current companies.

  • Hybrid learning model combining in-person and online learning:
    Sundays, 16:00-20:00, in-person classes, Google campus, Tel Aviv
    Tuesdays, 18:00-19:00, online exercises
  • The course includes lectures, workshops, exercises, and projects.
  • Lessons will be held in Hebrew, the material will be in English

Product Management with Advanced AI Tools

Artificial intelligence is relevant to product management in two ways:  Improving workflows using AI, and management of AI products. Regarding workflow improvement, we will learn how AI tools integrate into the product manager’s work processes (e.g., conducting research, product discovery processes, and mapping competition using prompts). In terms of product management of AI products, we will learn directly from product managers working on AI-based products about the processes of defining and managing AI products and how the product manager’s role changes.

Who is the Course suitable for?

We are seeking qualified individuals, who are eager to acquire product management skills and who wish to transition into Product Management. We will be accepting candidates who are right for the roll, and will demonstrate close attention to details, technological orientation, ability to prioritize, have self-learning capability, will show decision making skills, good interpersonal skills and high proficiency in both Hebrew and English.

    Why is high-level English proficiency necessary?

    Proficiency in English is essential for integration into the tech industry. Within the Course, proficiency is required to read study materials and complete assignments. During the selection and acceptance processes, we assess candidates’ English proficiency. The role is interface-intensive, requiring high communication skills in English, and in some companies, also in Hebrew.

    What are the basic admission requirements for the course?
    • At least three years of experience in the tech world in technological roles such as data, development, QA, Support, project management (civilian or military).
    • High motivation and willingness to invest in the learning and professional development process.
    • Technological orientation.
    • High proficiency in Hebrew and English.
    What’s the course fee?

    The course fee is 19,990 ILS (including VAT)

    The course is suitable for those who wish to study and work simultaneously. However, it is an intensive Course that requires attendance at classes and project submissions. It is intended for individuals who are committed to learning and willing to dedicate additional hours beyond class and exercise sessions.
